We have improved our processing of collateral for our clients who send us collateral information as part of Relationship Awareness.
Collateral sometimes doesn't process as expected when the collateral information for the incoming account doesn't match one of the product's defined collateral types in PrecisionLender. When that happens, we choose the collateral option based on the situation so that the incoming account information will be processed. You'll be able to see which collateral type we chose by viewing the Transformation Log for the loan account, which you can open from the Relationship Pricing tab.
