No matter which option you choose above, your support issue will be tracked within our Support Center via a "support ticket". You will receive email notifications every time your ticket is updated by our team. Simply reply to these notification emails to add your comments to the ticket.
You can view your support tickets at any time by logging into the support center using the link in the upper-right corner of the page.
