If the name of your bank changes, the following steps can be taken to update your PrecisionLender account with your new name.

Changing the name of your root Region in PrecisionLender
- Log into PrecisionLender as an administrator
- Go to the Administration pane
- Select "Regions & Users" from the left-hand menu
- Select the top-level Region in your account
- Click the Edit button (top-left)
- Edit the Name of this Region
- Click Save
Changing your logo in PrecisionLender
- Log into PrecisionLender as an administrator
- Go to the Administration pane
- Select "General" from the left-hand menu
- Click the "Upload" button to upload a new logo
- Images will be resized to fit a 250w x 50h pixel image
- images must be either jpg. or .png format
Change the bank name in our correspondence with you
Open a support ticket detailing the name change. This will allow our team to update our internal client-tracking and management systems to reflect your new name.
Considerations for users of the Relationship Awareness module
If your bank uses the Relationship Awareness (R.A.) module, there are some other considerations that come into play if the usernames (email addresses) of your users change. Please notify our support team if you plan on changing the usernames of your users as your R.A. lender mappings may need to be updated to prevent your core accounts from being mapped incorrectly.
