Salesforce Api Error - User Authentication Failed
When a user runs into the following error, it is usually due to one of two things:
- They have a valid Salesforce account, but do not yet have a PrecisionLender account set up
- They have both a valid Salesforce account and a PrecisionLender account, but the usernames (email addresses) of these two accounts do not match
The error message show below attempts to direct users to contact their local administrator to rectify this situation.
