Transferring An Opportunity

In PrecisionLender an Opportunity can be transferred from one owner to another as long as you have the correct permission and the person you are transferring to has the ability to own the Opportunity being transferred.

How to Transfer an Opportunity

On the Opportunities Grid

From the dashboard, select a category on the left to view the Opportunities Grid. To transfer an opportunity, click on the "Transfer" icon (highlighted in the screenshot below) which will appear when hovering over the opportunity. 

Within An Opportunity

 Click the "Transfer" button.

Select the person you would like to transfer to from the drop-down list, and click "Transfer".

You will see that the Owner has now been changed to the person you selected and all assumptions for the Opportunity have been updated. You must click the "Save Transfer" button in order to complete the transfer and save any changes you have made.

Click the "Close" button to close this Opportunity and return to the dashboard.

Login to PrecisionLender

Select a category on the left to view the opportunities grid.

Click the Transfer Arrows icon next to the opportunity that you would like to Transfer

or if you are already in the opportunity you can click the Transfer button

Select the person you would like to transfer the opportunity to from the drop-down list

Click Transfer

You will see that the Lender has now been changed to the person we selected and all assumptions for the opportunity have been updated

You must click the Save Transfer button in order to complete the transfer and save any changes you have made.

You may now click the Close button to close this opportunity and return to the dashboard
