Accessing the Opportunity Printouts
All printouts, if enabled by your administrators, can be accessed on the Opportunity Screen, under the "Print" drop down menu.
If you need to email the details of an opportunity, you can click "Print" and select the printout you need from the menu. That will give you a PDF file that you can save and attach to an email.
Executive Summary - Opportunity Printout
What is the Executive Summary - Opportunity Printout for?
The Executive Summary - Opportunity is a short overview of an opportunity, and is designed to be a quick snapshot of the opportunity.
What is on the Executive Summary - Opportunity Printout?
The Executive Summary - Opportunity shows basic information such as the owner's name, pricing date, target and actual return, stage, and closing date at the top. If there are multiple scenarios, only the pipeline scenario will be detailed. To verify or select a pipeline scenario, see Using Scenarios. The second page of the printout will show basic information about each of the loans within the opportunity (account, short code, funding package, amount/commitment, balance, rate, and return information).
Executive Summary - Relationship Impact Printout
What is the Executive Summary - Relationship Impact Printout for?
You'll be able to choose the Executive Summary - Relationship Impact printout if you have Relationship Awareness and there is a Relationship associated with your opportunity. The Executive Summary - Relationship Impact shows you information from the Relationship Impact screen.
What is on the Executive Summary - Relationship Impact Printout?
The Executive Summary - Relationship Impact will be multiple pages, as in the example below. The first page shows information on relationship impact, strategic value, and FTP value. The following pages show information on other scenarios, loans, and active accounts associated with the opportunity you are pricing and its associated Relationship. If there are multiple scenarios, only the pipeline scenario will be detailed. To verify or select a pipeline scenario, see Using Scenarios.
Why am I seeing 'minimal' in the Net Income and Returns fields?
PrecisionLender shows 'minimal' in situations where the Net Income is below $100. In situations where there isn't any Net Income, you will see 'N/A' instead.
Full Opportunity Printout
What is the Full Opportunity Printout for?
The Full Opportunity Printout is essentially a paper version of your opportunity; it contains all relevant information for the loan you are pricing in more detail than either the Borrower Summary or the Executive Summary. It is designed to aid in the Loan Committee’s review and discussion of each deal.
What is on the Full Opportunity Printout?
The Full Opportunity Printout contains all the information in the Executive Summary above as well as additional financial details. If there is a Relationship attached to your opportunity, the information shown in the Executive Summary - Relationship Impact, as well as the relationship financial statement, will be included in the Full Opportunity printout. If there are multiple scenarios, only the pipeline scenario will be detailed. To verify or select a pipeline scenario, see Using Scenarios.
Why am I seeing 'minimal' in the Net Income and Returns fields?

Borrower Summary Printout
What is the Borrower Summary Printout for?
The Borrower Summary Printout is a visual tool to assist with communication between an owner and borrower. It is designed to be given to the borrower, as a record of the scenarios you have discussed.
Borrower Summary Printout Customization Options
If you have the "Manage Assumptions" right, you have the ability to make changes to the Borrower Summary printout in the Administration Section under the "Print Options" tab.
From here, you have the option to enter a custom footer that will display on each page. If the "Display Repay Schedule" option is checked, the Borrower Summary printout will include any custom repay and draw schedules that are in the opportunity.
What is on the Borrower Summary Printout?
The first page shows a summary of all scenarios in the opportunity, followed by a detail page for each scenario.
- Summary Page: Shows basic information about each scenario for the purposes of comparison.
- Detail Pages: Each scenario has its own page, outlining the details of the scenario. General terms and structure will be detailed for the first loan priced as part of the opportunity. If the opportunity contains more than one loan, the additional product name(s) and loan amount(s) will be listed in the "Additional Loans" section instead of the Detail Pages. Note that the names of your guarantee types are visible to the borrower if a guarantee is added to the selected scenario.
Scenario Comparison Printout
What is the Scenario Comparison Printout for?
The Scenario Comparison Printout allows you to compare the financial details for multiple scenarios in an opportunity. It is designed to aid in the internal review and discussion of each potential pricing scenario for an opportunity. If your Opportunity has only one scenario, then the Scenario Comparison Report option will be grayed out in the Print drop down menu. Check out Using Scenarios for more information about pricing scenarios in an opportunity.
What is on the Scenario Comparison Printout?
The Scenario Comparison Report will allow you to see the details of your scenarios, including the interest income, net interest income, capital and exposure amounts, the percent of Average Balance, and the Return.
How To Enable/Disable Printouts
If you have the "Manage Assumptions" right, you can enable or disable specific printouts in the Administration Section under the "Print Options" tab.
Selecting the name of each printout opens a new window, where you have the ability to check the box to enable this printout for your owners, as well as enter a custom footer that will display on each page. If the "Display Repay Schedule" option is checked, the Borrower Summary printout will include any custom repay and draw schedules that are in the opportunity.
