The “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report It combines pricing data from Closed-Won opportunities with data flowing over from your core system via Relationship Awareness, to enable you to determine whether the net income on promised Other Products was actually delivered. The products displayed on the report are priced within the ‘Other’ tab of PrecisionLender.
For an opportunity to be included in the “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report, the opportunity must:
- have an other product added on the opportunity
- be attached to a relationship
- and status be closed-won in PrecisionLender
Therefore, opportunities that do not have an attached relationship are not included in the “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report. Also, opportunities that do not have promised other products are not included in the “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report. Lastly, opportunities that do not have a closed-won status in PrecisionLender are not included in the “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report.

Delivered values are obtained from the Relationship Awareness feeds from your core system. Opportunities identified as undelivered reflect that we have not seen data come in for those account types.The “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report is a CSV (comma-separated values) file available within the Data Library. For any particular opportunity, there will be one row in the “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report for each Other Product Type that exists on the opportunity. For example, if an opportunity includes two “Annual Revenue” type of accounts and four “Activity Based” type of accounts, then there will be two rows in the “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report: one for each Other Product Type. In total, there are 6 possible Other Product types, indicated in the column called “Other Product Type”:
- Annual Revenue and Net Income
- Annual Revenue
- Activity Based
- Expected One Time Revenue
- Projected Revenue Schedule
- Actual One Time Revenue
The column “Other Net Income Promised Per Type” is the sum of the net incomes on all Other Accounts on the opportunity that match the Other Product Type of that row. The column “Other Net Income Promised All Types” equals the sum of the net incomes on all Other Accounts on the opportunity, regardless of Other Product Type.
Delivery Windows
The “Other Products Delivery to Promise” report includes several “Delivery Windows” to help detect whether your customer delivered on the Other Accounts that were promised. Each Delivery Window begins at the opportunity close date, and then extends to a number of months past the opportunity close date. Delivery Windows of length 6, 12, 24, and 36 months are provided.
The end date for a Delivery Window of length X months is the date of the latest RA run less than or equal to the Opportunity Close Date plus X months. If, on the day that the Delivery to Promise data set is created, X months have not yet fully elapsed, then the Delivery Window End date will be the most recent RA Run Date.
For example, consider an opportunity with Opportunity Close Date of 10/15/2021, and suppose that today is 7/1/2022.
- The Delivery Window End date for the 6-month Delivery Window will be the closest RA run date less than or equal to 4/15/2022.
- The Delivery Window End date for the 12-month Delivery Window will be the most recent RA Run Date. This means that the 12-month Delivery Window is of shorter duration than 12 months, because a full 12 months have not yet elapsed since the Opportunity Close Date.
