Improvements

• We have decreased load times for opening Deal Team and Transfer dialogs.
• Support Andi tags on currency selector.
• Changed the label on the Commercial and Consumer loan products from "of balance" to "of exposure".
• Added blended RWA options to view and edit commercial loan product administration.
• Added an additional Annual Fee field for basis points. Users who want to continue inputting fees in a dollar amount will still be able to. We will use the projected ending balance at year end (month 12) to calculate the annual fee in bps for Term Loans. For Lines of Credit, we will use the Commitment amount to calculate the fee.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed conversion load copy bug.
• Fixed bug that allowed FHLB Boston to be visible on CLP products.
