Improvements

• Improved the new LCR feature so that after turning on LCR Counterparties within the  Universal Assumptions options, the counterparties in Administration/General and the LCR Curve Type for a new client funding curve source display without requiring a hard refresh.
• Updated the LCR feature to prevent LCR Client Funding Curve Sources that are in-use from being disabled. Additionally, added a new Show Disabled Funding Curve Sources checkbox to support viewing disabled client funding curve sources, similar to other places in Administration.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue for ROE changes where, when an opportunity had an LCR counterparty attached, the lcrCurve was set to the default value instead of the selected value when changing assumptions.
• Fixed a display issue that affected financial statement data for core loan accounts in the Relationship Core Account Dialog Financial Statement.
• Fixed an issue where forward swap premiums were missing their index within Andi events.
• Fixed an issue where opportunities failed to load when they contained a disabled product with a disabled custom index.
• Fixed an issue where the Drawdown Rate displayed in the assumption set dialog even when it wasn't relevant.
