Upcoming Changes (6/16/2025) to the PrecisionLender and Andi Support Centers

Over the course of the next year, PrecisionLender will be migrating to a new Support Center platform to provide you and your teams more consistent Support experiences and enhanced content, as well as to realize efficiency in our consolidated Q2 tech stack. 

For the first phase of this process, which will be effective June 16, users accessing the PrecisionLender Support Center (including Andi Support) will be required to enter Support Center login credentials to access articles, how-to guides, and other content. Login credentials will not be required for submitting Support tickets.   

Our Support team stands ready to answer any questions you may have leading up to June 16 and as always, we will be available to your users by phone or via a Support ticket should they need our assistance accessing information thereafter. We encourage you to share this update, including the below FAQs, and our How do I use the Support Center? article with your end users and tech partners.

FAQ

When will the change occur?

The PrecisionLender Support Center will require login credentials starting at 8:00AM CT on Monday, June 16, 2025. 

 

How will the user experience change?

For this phase, the PrecisionLender Support Center, including Andi Support, will remain the same. However, users will be prompted to enter their username and password to view Support resources.

What credentials should be used?

Your login credentials for the Support Center are not the same as your PrecisionLender application credentials. Your username will be your email address, and you will need to create a password if you have not accessed the Support Center previously.

Our bank has SSO enabled for PrecisionLender, do I have to login separately?

Yes. Your login credentials for the Support Center are not the same as your PrecisionLender application credentials. Your username will be your email address, and you will need to create a password if you have not accessed the Support Center previously.

 

Do I have to be logged in to submit a Support ticket?

No. With this change, you do not have to be logged in to submit a Support ticket. The ticket submission process is the same whether you are logged into the Support Center or not: You will continue submitting Support tickets into the Support Center at this page and via email support@precisionlender.com. 

 

What if I need assistance?
