Overview

The Treasury Service Summary Pricing Quote skill generates formatted treasury pricing proposals, known as proformas, in both internal and client-facing versions. The internal proforma supports approval workflows and internal communications, while the external version provides clients with a clear summary of their expected monthly service charges. Both versions support extensive customization of layout, grouping, disclosure text, and labeling.

Producing a polished, professional pricing proposal is a critical step in the treasury sales and onboarding process. This skill generates that document directly from the pricing scenario, eliminating the need for manual formatting in external tools and ensuring a consistent, accurate output every time.

Skill Use Cases

  • Use Case 1 – Client Proposal: A treasury officer completes a pricing scenario and wants to provide their client an example monthly statement of charges based on proposed pricing, volumes, and deposit balances.

  • Use Case 2 – Internal Review Sheet: For an internal credit or pricing committee review, a banker generates the internal version of the same quote, which includes standard reference prices alongside negotiated rates, providing the context reviewers need without switching systems.

Skill Workflow in PrecisionLender

This skill displays two options in the Andi panel with fully configurable labels for each. Selecting either option prompts you to choose the relevant key account and report date before generating the formatted quote.

The resulting report includes services grouped by relationship, tier pricing, ECR details, charges, and configurable disclosure text. Discounted services and negotiated ECR rates can be visually highlighted for easy reference, and a preparer attribution line can be configured to display the banker's name, username, or email.
