How do I submit a feature request?

To submit a feature request, please email us at support@precisionlender.com and tell us about the feature or improvement you'd like to see. Feel free to include screenshots or examples, and let us know how having that feature will help you. From there, we'll share that feature request internally with our Product Management and Development teams.

 

How will I know if my feature request has been completed?

If your feature request is implemented, we'll send you an email and let you know!

 

How do I keep up-to-date with new features being added?

We release software updates twice a month, with occasional special releases between scheduled releases. If you'd like to be notified when we put out a release, you can subscribe to our Release Notes, where we'll list all important new features, bug fixes, and improvements as they go out. How else can I share my input on PrecisionLender?

We hold regularly scheduled Feature Feedback sessions with our current users to help our team understand how Relationship Managers interact with PrecisionLender. Your feedback will give us insight into how to improve current features, and will help us make new features that best support you in pricing loans and serving customers. Giving feedback is a great way to help us make a product that fits your needs!
